Home Care Sunrise arranges non-medical home care for families in Sunrise, Florida and the neighbouring communities of Broward County. What follows describes how information is treated in connection with this website and with enquiries made to us.

This site carries no contact form, no booking tool, no mailing list and no payment facility. The only route to us from these pages is the telephone number printed on each of them, so names, postal addresses, email addresses and payment details are not gathered here at all.

During a call we write down whatever you choose to tell us so that the enquiry can be answered — usually a name, a number to ring back on, the town where care would be delivered and a general account of the help being sought. We ask for what the question requires and stop there.

Our hosting provider logs the ordinary technical details of a visit, as almost every website does: the pages requested, the approximate region the request came from, the browser and device, and the time. That keeps the site working and shows which pages people read.

How We Use Your Information

What you say on the telephone is used to answer your question, to establish whether the care you describe is something we can staff, and — should you go ahead — to arrange the visit and build a schedule.

Technical information about visits goes toward maintaining and improving these pages: finding links that have broken, seeing which service pages get read, and confirming everything works on a phone as well as a desktop.

We do not sell information about you, and making an enquiry does not place you on any mailing list.
